After 5 rounds of the "Swiss" (Ukraine - Latvia 6:13, Ukraine - Lithuania 13:3, Ukraine - Austria 13:3, Ukraine - Switzerland 6:13, Ukraine - Poland 2:13) our team "jumped" into 1/ 8 finals, taking 16th (passing) place. But at this stage, Ukraine lost its strongest opponent - the French national team. During the match, the Ukrainians were ahead 5:1, 7:5, but at the end of the game, the skill of the opponent took the upper hand - 13:7.After that, the French team easily reached the final, beating England and the Netherlands. In the main match of the tournament, the "tricolors" defeated the Monaco national team with a score of 13:7. We congratulate the veteran national team of Ukraine on a successful performance at the European Championship.
