After fierce quarter-finals and semi-finals, the teams that played the main cup against each other were determined - "Frejus" (winners of the 2021 Cup) and "Bron" (last year's winners). After the matches in "tets" and "doublets" there was a small advantage on the side of "Frejus" and the fate of the tournament was decided in the opposition of triplets. "Frejus" players were more collected in these games and eventually won with a total score of 83:69. During these two days, the battles in the French Cup were watched by a large number of fans, both in the stands and watching broadcasts on various streaming sites. We hope that petanque will gain the same popularity in Ukraine in the near future.
