More than fifty participants from different cities took part in the competition, including the "Uptown pétanque club" team. The championship seemed very interesting and qualitatively organized, which is worth noting separately. The organizers ensured clear timing and full-sized pitches, creating a good atmosphere for the tournament. Andrii Kamenev (Kharkiv), Hanna Bezrodna (Kharkiv), Maria Nevmerzhitska (Kyiv) and Oleksandr Koval (Kyiv) became the champions of Ukraine in petanque. The winners will represent Ukraine at the World Championship, which will be held in September in Benin. In addition to the main championship, the "neBenin cup" tournament was held, in which 10 duplets, who were eliminated from the main competition, played.
