Therefore, the Rodina Ukraine Charitable Foundation, which is the organizer of this event together with new partners: the Chernomorka and Sandler GT chain of stores, decided to continue in a new city - Vyshgorod.
More than 60 children who need help in psychological, social and physical rehabilitation as a result of military aggression took part in the charity event.
Psychologists, teachers and physical therapists worked with the children. Master classes were held in acting, painting, dancing, and molding Ukrainian dumplings. However, the biggest interest for children was the new French game of pétanque. Volodymyr Rohovenko, a member of the Uptown Petanque Club, was the coach. He organized interesting petanque competitions and relays for young people, having previously familiarized them with this interesting sport and its rules.
While the master classes were held, a special atmosphere of creativity, peace of mind and lightness reigned around. There is no doubt that new experiences and new impressions will give children only warm memories, as well as sweet gifts they received from the organizers.
We are waiting for the continuation of the "Weekend Day Camp" project in new cities and villages of the Kyiv region.
